These terms govern your use of Hot Seat, operated by Aloha Sunshine, LLC, based in Vancouver, Washington, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Hot Seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide an email address you control, protect your password, and do not share your account or impersonate another person. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

What Hot Seat provides

Hot Seat offers AI-generated reflection and exploration inspired by the teachings of Esther Hicks and Abraham. Hot Seat is an independent tool for reflection and exploration. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Esther Hicks or Abraham-Hicks.

Hot Seat is not Esther Hicks, Abraham, a spiritual entity, or a human counselor. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Evaluate them using your own judgment. We do not guarantee any emotional, relationship, financial, health, or manifestation outcome.

Not professional advice or emergency support

Hot Seat does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. It does not diagnose or treat conditions and is not a substitute for qualified care. Do not use it to make urgent or consequential decisions without appropriate support. The service is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Free beta and future plans

Hot Seat is currently a free beta with conversation allowances displayed in your account. Features, availability, and allowances may change as we learn from testing. We may introduce optional paid plans later. Using the free beta does not authorize a charge or enroll you in an automatically renewing subscription. Any paid offer will present its price and payment terms before you choose to purchase.

Responsible use

• Do not use Hot Seat for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, or harm.
• Do not submit content you have no right to share or unnecessarily disclose another person’s private information.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user’s data, evade usage limits, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use invitations for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. Only invite people who would reasonably expect to hear from you.
• Do not present AI-generated responses as authentic statements from Esther Hicks or Abraham, or as professional advice.

Your content and feedback

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to process, store, and use that content as needed to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve Hot Seat, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This includes review of conversations and feedback by authorized people supporting the service. You may decline optional feedback. Suggestions may be used to improve the app without compensation.

AI responses may resemble responses provided to others and may contain material belonging to third parties. These terms do not guarantee that generated content is unique or that you have exclusive rights to it. Third-party books, teachings, videos, names, and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Our service and external links

We and our licensors retain rights in the Hot Seat software, design, and other protected service materials. You may use the service for its intended reflection features, subject to these terms. Linking to or recommending external content does not imply ownership, endorsement, or a guarantee of its accuracy or availability. External websites and services have their own terms.

Availability and ending use

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or access for maintenance, security, misuse, legal requirements, or the end of the beta. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable or required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account closure. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy. Signing out alone does not delete your account or conversations.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hot Seat is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Aloha Sunshine, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Hot Seat. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections that apply in your location.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Please contact us first with concerns so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any non-waivable rights to seek remedies through a court or regulator. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply.

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Material changes will receive reasonable notice before taking effect, except where a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
